Shipping & Delivery
We process your order within 24 hours (if the order is received on Saturday-Sunday, it will be processed on Monday).
Delivery within Sweden normally takes 3-4 weekdays and is shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm.
Due to high pressure during Black Week and the Christmas shopping season, our deliveries may take a little longer than normal, but we We ship all orders as quickly as we can. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding!
When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us.
As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number, where you can follow your package . Your order is tracked all the way from our warehouse to your door.

The price depends on the weight of the entire order.
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you as a customer 450 SEK for return shipping and handling costs incurred.

International Shipping
We process all international orders within 24 hours (orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day). All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.
Delivery time is typically 5–7 business days , depending on the destination country and local carrier handling.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping cost: 195 NOK
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or local handling fees once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
My Happy Head is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout, it will be returned to us by the carrier.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all return-shipping and handling fees , which may vary depending on the destination country.
A new shipping fee will apply if you wish to have the order returned.
