Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you have any regrets, you can return it within 30 days (from the order date) for a full refund.
Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging . Refunds for return shipping are not available for this.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, this can take up to 10 business days, but is often faster than that.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Complaint
We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. First take pictures, preferably several from both close-up and far away, showing where the item is defective or damaged. Then contact us at hej@myhappyhead.se
Returns and complaints about dietary supplements
Because dietary supplements are products that belong to a specific category where health and safety are a priority, special rules apply to the return of these goods.
Right of withdrawal: By law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used dietary supplements. If the product is unopened and the packaging is intact, you can return it within the cancellation period.
To return an item:
- Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend that you use trackable shipping to ensure that your return reaches us.
Returns of opened products: For health reasons and in compliance with food legislation, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements. This also applies if the packaging is defective or if the product did not meet your expectations.
Complaints: If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error and arrange a replacement.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over 750 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
