How to Use

Place the mask over your eyes and adjust the Velcro closure until it feels comfortably secure around your head.

Once you’ve found your ideal fit, we recommend leaving the Velcro closed and gently sliding the mask on and off instead. This helps reduce unnecessary wear on the soft outer fabric.

Use it at bedtime, during a power nap, while traveling, or anytime you want to tune out the world for a moment.

The Reset Sleep Mask can be used at room temperature or chilled.

For a cooling sensation at bedtime, store the mask in the refrigerator. Place it in the included protective plastic bag to help keep it clean and protected.
