Fraktpolicy

Vi behandlar din beställning inom 24h (kommer ordern in fredag eftermiddag, lördag–söndag hanteras den på måndag).
Leverans inom Sverige tar normalt 3–4 vardagar och skickas från vårt lager i Stockholm.

Du kan även välja att hämta din order lokalt på Ekerö.
Välj “Hämta” i kassan så får du instruktioner och upphämtningsadress när din order är klar.

När du lagt din order får du en orderbekräftelse av oss. 
Så fort den är skickad får du ett epost-meddelande med leveransbekräftelse som innehåller ditt spårningsnummer, där kan du följa ditt paket. Din order spåras hela vägen till din dörr.

Fraktpriser inom Sverige

39 sek - 89 sek inom Sverige.
Priset beror på vikt av hela ordern.

För alla paket som inte löses ut förbehåller vi oss rätten att debitera dig som kund 450 kronor för uppkomna kostnader för returfrakt och hanteringskostnad.

Svanenmärkt leverans i Sverige 🌿

Vi skickar våra paket med svanenmärkt leverans via PostNord inom Sverige.

Svanenmärkningen ställer höga krav på både miljö och ansvar, och säkerställer bland annat:

  • Minskad klimatpåverkan genom krav på hög energieffektivitet, förnybara drivmedel och eldrivna fordon
  • Ansvarsfulla arbetsvillkor i enlighet med kollektivavtal eller motsvarande

Ett genomtänkt val, hela vägen hem till dig.

Shipping within the EU 🇪🇺

We’re happy to ship My Happy Head orders to countries within the EU.

We usually process international orders within 24 hours. (see Summer Pause below)** Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.

Delivery usually takes around 7–12 business days, depending on the destination country and the local carrier.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Please be sure to add your phone number and email in case we need to contact you.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the total weight of your order.

Our Recovery Cap is a little heavier than you might think,  which can affect the shipping cost.

All shipping prices are based on orders up to 4 kg.
1 Recovery Cap is approx 700g.

EU Shipping
Shipping cost: Starting at €15, depending on weight
Applies to EU countries.

We're currently shipping within the EU, but we're working on expanding to more European destinations, including Norway, Switzerland and the UK.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected, or cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information at checkout, it may be returned to us by the carrier.

In that case, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and handling fees. A new shipping fee will apply if you’d like us to send the order again.

We believe in recovery - for ourselves too.

That’s why we’re taking a short summer pause from July 5–19.

You can still place your order as usual during this time, but all orders will be packed and shipped from July 20, in the order they were received.
